We are road testing Razor’s brand new Spark 2.0 kick scooter and GIVING ONE AWAY!

Congrats to our winner Glamamom!

I am deathly afraid of skateboards and by association scooters ( although less afraid of the latter) Perhaps it is because I am not all that good at maintaining my balance on a piece of metal precariously perched on slippery shiny fast as heck wheels and being propelled on said metal into the abyss, with nothing to hold onto, to protect and shield me from the elements I am convinced I will crash into  a cold hard slab of sidewalk. (and as all self-fulfilling prophecies come to fruition) each time I have attempted to get on a skateboard I have majorly crashed and burned.

But gosh, my kids,  with their innate sense of fearlessness desire nothing more than to to go full speed ahead- (quite happily without their helmets- although not over my dead body would that be permitted!). They look at a scooter and rather than see the potential injures it can evoke- they see the boundless adventures it presents.

And far be it from me to squash their dreams (nah they’ll get enough of that after graduating from high school!) and so yesterday when I attended The Time To Play  Spring Showcase and got a first hand demo of  Razor’s brand new Spark 2.0 kick scooter.. well I knew my eight year old NEEDED to test drive it!.

As you can see- MY eight year old WAS VERY HAPPY to get his paws on Razor’s brand new Spark 2.0 kick scooter!

I would donate this scooter to a non-profit organization, Kakes 4 Kids, that is near and dear to me! They provide cakes and presents for foster children – I know one of them would just love a scooter! :)

I would love to win this for my kids, (between the seven of them) they could share it. I know my 8 year old has been wanting one, so this would be a great gift to give them all. Thanks for the chance!

This would be for my little dare-devil of a grand-daughter. They live on a cul-de-sac that is perfect for playing in the street.

I would give this to my son for his 8th birthday next month. I know that he would use it and ride it in our driveway and to his friend’s house (which is a few houses down from ours.)
