BRITAX is launching a new Harness Booster seat – the FRONTIER 90 – featuring ClickTight technology and we are GIVING ONE AWAY!

Congrats to our winner Jillian!!

So you’ve got a baby-and you’ve come to realized that your life as you once knew it might be over…Those carefree days, which you didn’t even realize or relish, when you had no responsibilities other than pampering and caring for yourself–going to the gym whenever you wanted are long gone! Staying up to till the wee hours of the morning because you went out to a late dinner with your friends and then helped close your favorite bar as you and the bartender yelled out-“last call!” GONE. Eating breakfast- or not eating breakfast, going shopping –not for groceries or diapers- but just for fun, girlies things like makeup and a clutch-GONE.

But alas, the one Great thing about having this lil babe of yours is all the completely GLORIOUS accessories you can shop for -although perusing the MAC counter is probably not going to be one of them- that will trick out your little one’s life and keep him safe too. Which baby/toddler accessory is one that every family needs to put on their baby gear wish list?

BRITAX’s  MOST INNOVATIVE HARNESS-BOOSTER SEAT FRONTIER 90  with ClickTightâ„¢ technology install safely, securely and easily every time.

The New BRITAX FRONTIER™90  combination seats feature the ClickTight Installation System that allows parents to achieve a safe and secure installation every time*. With just three simple steps**, ClickTight allows parents to easily install the new seats with the vehicle seat belt and eliminates the frustration of putting their weight in the seat or getting into the vehicle to install the car seat.

ClickTight Installation System allows parents to easily achieve a safe and secure installation using the vehicle seat belt throughout the life of the seat, in harness mode, without having to worry about the weight of their child (May not be compatible with all vehicles. See installation instructions.)

Many caregivers use vehicle lower anchors, part of the LATCH system (Lower Anchors and Tethers for CHildren), to secure car seats. They are unaware that all vehicles have lower anchor weight limits. When a child’s weight exceeds the weight limits or restrictions, car seats should no longer be installed using the lower anchors. Instead, the car seat must be installed using the vehicle seat belt system. The new BRITAX ClickTight installation system allows parents to use the vehicle seat belt to achieve a safe and secure installation throughout the life of the seat, in harness mode, without worrying about the child’s weight.

Once parents hear the ‘BRITAX click,’ they’ll know their child’s seat is safely and securely installed. The seat features BRITAX leading safety technologies, offering superior head safety protection. These components include:

Base with SafeCell Technology designed to keep your child safe and secure in a crash by compressing and significantly lowering the center of gravity, reducing the forward movement of the car seat

True Side Impact Protection provides deep side walls and a head restraint with energy-absorbing EPP foam to distribute crash forces, shield from vehicle intrusion, and contain the head, neck and body while keeping them “in true” or aligned

So without further ado here are some  more of the FRONTIER 90 Product Features

  • Integrated Steel Bars strengthen the connection to the vehicle and reduce forward flexing of the child seat during a crash
  • Energy Absorbing Versa-Tether anchors the top of the car seat to the vehicle using a two-point attachment, minimizing the amount of forward movement of the car seat. Stage-released stitching helps reduce the crash forces reaching the child
  • Tangle-Free, Five-Point Harness (with 9 harness height positions – up to 20.5”) distributes crash forces across the strongest parts of the body and provides a secure fit
  • HUGS (Harness Ultra Guard System) Chest Pads provide resistance to forward movement in the event of a crash
  • Compatible with SecureGuard which works with the vehicle safety belt in booster mode to prevent the child from sliding under the lap-belt portion of the safety belt during impact, thus minimizing the risk of abdominal injury (accessory sold separately)
  • Front-Adjust Recline for optimal child comfort
  • Comfort Foam provides an extra layer of padding to cushion your child
  • 90-pound Weight Capacity in Harness Mode allows your child to remain harnessed up to 90 lbs
  • 120-pound Weight Capacity in Booster Mode for safety and comfort as your child grows
  • Quick-Adjust No-Rethread Harness easily adjusts the harness shoulder height and head restraint from the front of the seat without disassembling the harness straps
  • Integrated Cup Holders and Storage are designed for easy access to children’s cups, snacks and toys
  • Easy Transition from Harness to Booster Mode without removing harness straps
  • Easy-Remove Cover allows easy cleaning, without disassembling the harness or uninstalling the car seat
  • Color-Coded Vehicle Belt Guides provide clear indication of the path and positioning of the vehicle seat belt for use in either harness or booster mode
  • Armrests provide a natural and comfortable place to rest arms
  • Two Buckle Positions offer a snug and secure fit for your growing child
  • EZ-Buckle System retains the harness buckle in a forward position and prevents the child from sitting on the buckle when boarding
  • Premium Lower LATCH Connectors included
  • Harness-2-Booster converts to a belt-positioning booster seat
  • Made in the USA with global components
  • MSRP (USD) $329.99

I follow you on twitter, facebook, instagram and twitter!! Thanks for the opportunity

  3. Stephanie Schwab says

We’ve been a Britax family since almost day one – our go-to baby accessory was a snap-n-go stroller so we could just click the baby “bucket” in without taking the big stroller.

  4. says

Must Have Baby Accessory: When he was younger it was definitely the vibrating chair. He spent literally HOURS in that chair. We were so sad when he grew too big for it.

  5. says

Must have obviouslly is a car seat gotta be able to get around and for my baby to be safe and comfotable exspecially since I live in a small littke town and have to drive an hour to go shopping. I have three kids my younges is one and my two oldest are two so for all three seats to fit is hard but yes carseat is a must have

  6. Annie says

A “I can’t live without” thing for us was a wrap style carrier. If I wasn’t able to wear my peanut, nothing would get done!

  7. Rebeca Kanagy says

My daughter is 3 now and so I have given away my baby items, but my number one must have baby accessory is an ergo baby carrier because its so comfortable to wear and doesn’t cause back pain because baby’s weight is evenly distributed on your hips. And I like how baby feels securely attached to me and doesn’t sway from side to side as I walk. (I was babysitting the other day and I used their infantino carrier and I just really missed my ergo carrier, I wish I had kept it for babysitting occasion)

  8. Kristina Edison says

My britax bolvuard car seat is one of my favorite baby must haves so user friendly!!!! Then also my my sons go to duck/blanket from carters!!!!!

  9. Rebecca Cannon says

We NEED a Britax Frontier 90 for the easy install and my daughter is about ready to move into a booster!!

  10. Cassandra Eastman says

My must have baby accessory is the Woombie swaddle, it was great for my daughter! Also, a great stroller is a must have, we love the Britax B-Ready!

  11. Cecelia Book says

I love my nursing cover by Hooter Hiders and my SleepyWrap. It’s so nice to be able to hold my baby and have both hands free to get things done, like eating! :)

  12. Rachel Cole says

I love all of my Britax products, (stroller, cars eats), but my one must have in addition to those is my Ergobaby carrier.

My must have was a Boppy! I took it everywhere and even bought two more when we would leave them at relatives houses after a visit home.

  14. Katie says

Our must have baby item was the cradle swing that swings left to right. It was so helpful with our daughters colic.

My must have, besides the super safe carseats, is a comfortable baby carrier. Hands free babywearing has made my life simple hundreds of times. :)

  16. esti w says

my must have baby accessory is the ‘pacifier clip’. my baby used to find it funny to throw his pacifier out of the car stroller and make me fetch it…..that game is no more!

  17. Blayne says

This is making me realize how much simpler life is now that my daughter is bigger! I will also say the A&A blankets and the ergo because those are two items we have had from the time she was tiny and still use.

  18. Elizabeth Godschalx Wisniewski says

prefold diapers. They are the best burp cloths, changing pads, bibs, head support, teether, and they make awesome diapers.

  19. Katelyn n. says

Blankets! I may be a little biased as both my children are blanket kids. They can be used to swaddle fussy babies, cover them, cover their carseat or stroller to block sun, protect clothing from spit up, and they can be used as a cover while breast feeding.

  20. elizabeth says

Awesome giveaway. Thanks! I think my fave baby item was the Quinny Buzz Stroller, specially the Dreami bassinet. Not sure what I would’ve done the first couple of months without them…

  21. Shelbi Carlon says

I really really would love and could use the new frontier 90. Im a mom of 3 kids ages 6 and younger. Seats are really expensive and with all my kids having long torsos these cheaper seats don’t generally last and i want to be able to keep them safely restrained. Thank you so much.

  22. Katie Fulford says

My must have go to baby item is a good jogging stroller!! Also, the baby wearing! Love our TMD!!

  23. Kara Linico says

A good safe & comfortable car seat. We live in the city and spend lots of time in the car in traffic. I have done it all…..hoping to WIN!!

  25. Kate B says

Oh I would love to win. My must have baby accessory is a baby carrier a sling, followed by an ergo, followed by a beco as they age. I love my baby carriers

  26. Nikki Moore says

I must have my baby carrier. It’s the only way to get things done when you have more than one!

  27. Jerica says

My favorite baby accessory is a cup holder. It can come on a product or be a stand alone removable one but we love them. My kiddos love to drink things, all the time.

  28. Amy Brown says

My kids are 2.5 and 4.5 and my must have baby accessorie was the soft velvety blankets from Pottery Barn. They both still carry theirs around!

  31. ELizabeth says

My sons must have is a car seat!!! My DD is a sling!! I also like you on FB and Follow you on twitter and Pinterest

  32. Capitoline says

Must-have accessory? A ring sling (preferably a wrap conversion) for me! Baby is happy, mom is hands-free… plus it doubles as a shawl, towel, blanket (for car or picnic), clothing (for a wet baby), extra carrying strap or even a makeshift high chair! :)

(and thanks for the chance – the ClickTight is such a fabulous feature!)

  33. Nicole M Gomez says

I followed you on all :) My must have had to be a boppy because it came in handy! Nursing was easier (so nerve wrecking for a mew mom especially if the baby has latching issues ) , my daughter used it to play on,and It aided her in sitting up(it really helped her build a strong inner core , she was walking by 9 months ) Now that she’s bigger we need a good car seat to keep her safe not just some walmart cheapie like she has now !

  34. Kara says

I have a lot of must haves but my favorites are a Britax carseat, breast pump, fuzzibunz diapers, a great diaper bag etc.

  35. Alyssa Finley says

Our must have has been our Britax travel system! It has come in so handy but our little love will soon out grow her b-safe car seat. Another is the baby bjorn which makes quick trips in and out of the grocery store a little easier. Our little girl loves to be close and she can explore her surroundings at the same time while in the baby bjorn.

  36. Kelly S says

I could not live without a great lightweight stroller/double stroller and Britax car seats! (Liked on Facebook, followed on Pinterest and Instagram)

  37. Nicole W says

My son’s must have are the Aiden and Anais muslin swaddling blankets (he can’t go to sleep without rubbing one against his cheek), so that is my must have also!! I also LOVE Mommy’s Bliss Gripe Water for those days when his belly is hurting.

  40. Jenn McClearn says

My must have baby items are my boppy pillow for nursing and a swaddle wrap to help baby sleep :)

  41. Adrienne says

My son is 19 months and the one thing that we have used on him since he was about 6 months is a good quality, wool sleep sack. We use it at night and for naps. It just keeps him at a good temperature, and we don’t have to worry about blankets in the bed! He knows that when that is put on him, it’s time to sleep. We couldn’t live without it!

  42. Ada Mangoes says

Our must-have is the Sleepy Time carrier (it’s like a Moby) and a a small Sophie the Giraffe.

  43. Kris Garvey says

My son has a Baby Einsteins music player (looks like a little MP3 player) that plays several classical songs and lights up. It has been my son’s favorite toy since he was a few months old and is the only thing that can calm him in unpleasant situations like getting his vaccines!

  44. Charlotte says

I love britax! We have the chaperone now and need something bigger. The one thing I was so thankful to have when my dd was new was magnetic clothing from magnificent baby! The gowns by far are the best thing they offer.

  45. Simonma Gullen says

My must have baby accessory is a papasan swing. For the first months of life it is a great nap center and helps keep baby asleep when the house is chaotic with first child activity!

  46. Nicole Bear says

A must have for me was my baby carriers! I have a soft structured one, as well as a wrap. Both came in handy in different situations and settings, but I would not have gotten much done around the house if not for them. When baby wants to be near you all the time, and be held, and won’t let you put him/her down, these were a godsend!

  47. Jennifer Tepool says

I love the Playtex Leak Proof Sippy cups.Even my 6 year old still uses them to keep the carpet clean!

  48. Sara Abernathy says

I don’t think I could have made it through the first few months without a baby swing. Now, I couldn’t live without our Britax Marathon 70 Carseat!

  51. Carla says

I would have to say that my one- “i can’t live without” baby accessory is my Britax travel system (B-Agile and Chaperon car seat)

  52. Claire C says

My must have baby accessory is my diaper bag. That thing holds EVERYTHING I could possibly need to take care of my two little ones!!
Thanks for the giveaway – I would love to get one of these seats for my son!!

  53. Victoria Jorgenson says

So far our “go-to” baby item is our B-Agile stroller. Hands down, this is the most useful thing we have and it’s so easy to use! One latch and its open, one click and its closed – what could be easier?! Aside from it being amazingly easy to use, the B-Agile system allows us to go on walks for some fresh air and exercise everyday. :) Love, love, love it!

  54. Hilary Logan says

My Boba wrap and carrier. I live in a 2nd floor walkup with an almost 4 year old and almost 1 year old. Didn’t have a carrier with the older and I don’t know why. I would not be able to get to the car and my wonderful Britax Boulevard or back to our condo with 2 kids and anything in my hands without my Boba! I would love to pass the Boulevard to the 1 year old and use this pretty red Frontier 90 for curly-haired, bright-eyed daughter!

  55. april says

Both of my babies have loved their Aden and Anais blankets, my 3 year old still likes to cuddle up to hers, nothing else has held up that well and my littlest ones also loves her dream blanket!!

  56. Elizabeth P. says

A must have baby and toddler item for me is a baby carrier or woven wrap. I’m able to keep my hands free for my 5 year old and don’t have to worry about the stroller.

  57. Olivia Rubin says

Yikes our must have at this moment is a crib. I really prefer a new one out of fear that I used one may have some defect that I don’t know of. After that it is a tie for stroller and car seat. Oh, and diapers! Due in October with the first baby. Thanks for,the giveaway

  58. says

My must have baby accessory is a baby carrier – we have an Ergo. My son is 2.5 and we still use it from time to time. When he was a baby he cried ALL THE TIME and the best thing to soothe him was being snugged up with me in the Ergo. At one point I had to sing a Boyz II Men song to get him to sleep while being on me in the Ergo!

  59. Lola Davidson says

My must have item is the baby carrier. I have one from Lillibaby so I can hold Little Miss

  60. Jillian says

My must have accessory for my third was my Ergo and Beco Baby carriers. Hands free to deal with my older two children! :)

  64. Carrie says

My must have is of course a carseat but besides that I dont think I could go without my baby glider.

  65. Cassie says

My must-have baby accessory was a bouncy seat because my first had severe acid reflux and he literally spent 1/4 of his daytime hours in it to prevent vomiting. I got so used to basing my schedule around feedings & bouncy seat time I used the same rotation to organize my life with baby #2!

  66. kay van wyk says

we can’t live without our baby carriers and wraps! my babies love being worn! and my medela pump!

  67. Jessica Pulliam says

  69. Karen Bartholic says

Must have would be our angel care monitor and video monitor. Don’t know how they had babies before those! :-)

  70. Jenny W says

My must have baby accessory is a baby carrier- I love my Beco and I’ve given many ErgoBabies as gifts. Babies love them, and so much handier than a stroller in a grocery store!

  71. Angela says

A swing. One that turns so it can swing forward/backward AND side-to-side! Our son hated to swing forward/backward so we always had the swing turned sideways. I think it mimicked the motion of the rocking chair which he found comforting.

  72. Alison says

I love my Peg Perego side by side stoller. The carseat fits in one side and my toddler sits in the other side. It is lightweight, the seats recline, and it has a basket underneath. I also love a good diaper bag! I love my Ju Ju Be Packabe!

  73. Stephanie says

I will not use any other brand car seat for my son. I LOVE his Britax Advocate and definitely plan to buy a Frontier when he grows out of his Advocate (unless, of course, I win this one)

    • Stephanie says

One baby item I could never have done without is my stroller with the big basket underneath. It is So exhausting to try and carry baby AND everything else at the same time

  74. Kellina H says

I think a co-sleeper that attaches to your bed is the best baby gear to have. Super nice to be able to be right next to baby at night and makes night nursing simple. Also gives mommy some extra room to stretch out.

  75. Jodi J says

My must-have baby item is a carrier – I like ring slings for newborns and small babies and my ERGO for older babie and toddlers (and occasionally my preschooler)

  76. Rachel Sutton says

My must have is the baby swing, what a life saver! Anytime my little monkey won’t settle down or sleep the swing is a no fail to keep him happy :)

  77. Karina Coleman says

My must have baby accessory is some form of baby soother. My current little one has his WubbaNub, my nephew had a blankie. Whatever it takes to keep them calm.

  78. Kari says

We don’t use/need too many baby items, but a carrier (Moby in the early months, Ergo after that) are one (uh, 2 I guess) thing(s) we get a lot of use out of.

  79. Jennifer Edwards says

My Baby must have (with two toddlers and an infant) is my Mini-van! 😉 Can’t live without it!
I’d sure love to win the Britax!

  80. Beth says

My baby must-have was a good stroller, the cheap ones caused more headaches. After spending money on a quality stroller, life was good!

  81. Julie says

My must have item is a Grobag! My children have slept in these since they were getting out of their swaddles. It keeps their blankets on, and keeps my eldest from getting his leg and himself up and over the edge of his crib! I don’t know how people sleep their children without one!

  82. Jessica H. says

Must have accessory is a good travel system – we have the Baby Trend Flex Loc car seat and the Baby Trend Expedition Jogging stroller.

  83. Mandi L says

Our daughter’s must have baby accessory is a baby blanket that used to be her Dad’s when he was a baby. She won’t go to sleep without it. :)

  84. Jennifer Feiles says

I love britax.. we are buying 1 soon but I would love to win this one instead..i love the fabric of the britax so soft.
